What is a UEA file?
UEA is a spacial archive file that stores encrypted user data. UEA files are unique in the sense that such files is not protected with password, but using fingerprint technology.
Data needed for encrypting UEA file is collected by a built-in scanner (in the case of IBM, Dell, and Acer notebooks) or dedicated USB device. Decrypting UEA archive can only be conducted with a fingerprint reader. UEA files cane be managed with a software tool called AutenTec Protector Suite.

How to open UEA files
If you cannot open the UEA file on your computer - there may be several reasons. The first and most important reason (the most common) is the lack of a suitable software that supports UEA among those that are installed on your device.
