What is a RAM file?
RAM file is a text file that contains RealAudio codec media streaming metadata. The format had its debut in 1995. RAM files were popular for many years among internet-based radio stations.
For example, RealAudio codec was extensively used by British station BBC. RAM file doesn’t contain any audio data, only hipelinks to corresponding RA file.

How to open RAM files
