What is a SMB file?
SMB is a file format for storing sets of symbols used by various Autodesk applications. SMB files are used by such popular tools as AutoCAD or MapGuide. SMB files allow the programs to access a shared symbol libraries to generated standardized fonts.
SMB is a Autodesk-native format. The format is supported by Mac and Windows PC systems. SMB files cannot be converted to other formats.
